If you are satisfied that your
product is faulty, you must request an RMA number via the form below or by phone before
the product can be returned. If using the form, please ensure you enter a valid e-mail
address and complete all fields. You will then be contacted with your unique RMA number.
For example, if your RMA number is 1234, you must write RMA-1234 as clearly as
possible on the front of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Returned items must be complete
without exception. i.e. - in original packaging with all cables, manuals, software,
packaging and included accessories however small.

When returning a product, please
enclose a copy of your invoice together with a covering letter and a daytime contact
number.

It is your responsibility to
ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot
accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.

If the returned product tests
faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer
available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. You
will of course, have the option of a full refund for that item.

If the returned product tests
OK, it will be sent back to you as soon as possible with a test report. You will
incur a
£10 + VAT testing charge + return shipping at cost. This will be charged to the
credit/debit card used for your original order.
