the UK / Europe have problems with their import games
playing in Black & White. This is usually fixed by
using a Scart Lead from their Playstation to TV. However,
what if you don't have a scart compatible TV? The first
fix available was the internal "color
mod", which is a very messy process (especially

all products including Playstation, Playstation 2, DVD,
Dreamcast etc. Convert ALL NTSC signals to PAL (the
first big use is recording NTSC DVD films to PAL video
recorder) this type of converter has only been made
available within the professional electronics market
